Mendota Heights Residence

Built on an open lot in an established neighborhood, this house was designed for a busy couple with grown children. 

The design accommodates the “reverse walkout” lot with a four car garage on the lowest level, living spaces and the master suite on the main level and guest rooms on the upper floor. 

The dining room and living room open to the backyard and are sized to accommodate their large extended family during frequent get-togethers.  Along with the kitchen/eating area, these spaces are open to one another to accommodate their family gatherings, but are defined as individual spaces to keep the main level from seeming too large.
